Recurring Services Most of our clients are looking for either Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly cleanings. To get started, we do a one-time, bigger hourly cleaning called our Initial Service. During this appointment, we'll get all included areas up to our professional maintenance standards. Initial cleanings are done by the hour, so you only pay for the actual time needed. We work top to bottom from a priority list template which we provide, and you customize. Once that's out of the way, we offer discounted flat rate cleanings, on a regular schedule with a default cleaner.
