If there are infestations (i.e. Bedbugs, cockroaches, fleas, etc.) of any kind we reserve the right to refuse service. We do not guarantee the number of cleaners, nor any team. Call us anytime between 8am and 8pm. Note: We do NOT move furniture! URGENT: If you provide preferred supplies, or use of equipment, (i.e. ladders, etc.) We will not be held responsible for any damage, stains, or disappointment that occurs on the job. We are not experts for everything. We are responsible solely for what WE bring into the home!! Also! If there is a lot of clutter, that is outside of our scope. Reasonable clutter is fine.
